About ME

Hi, I’m Courtney Morgan, owner of Chance to Change Consulting, L3C and a passionate advocate for second chances, accountability, and meaningful change. My work is rooted in both professional experience and personal understanding of how difficult it can be to rebuild after life challenges.

I created Chance to Change Consulting to bridge the gaps that many individuals and families face when navigating the justice system, recovery, reentry, employment barriers, and personal growth. I believe people deserve support that is honest, practical, trauma-informed, and free from shame.

With experience in workforce development, peer support, systems navigation, and community collaboration, I help individuals, families, attorneys, providers, and organizations create clear plans that lead to real progress. My approach combines structure, compassion, accountability, and lived insight.

I am especially passionate about helping people move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered—whether that means preparing for court, rebuilding stability, finding employment, strengthening relationships, or creating new opportunities after setbacks.

At the heart of everything I do is one simple belief: a past mistake should not define a person’s future.

When I’m not working, I’m a proud mother, community builder, and someone who believes growth is always possible.

THE Commitment

THE BELIEF:

Everyone deserves dignity.
Everyone deserves structure.
Everyone deserves a real chance to change.

But change requires participation.

If you are ready to engage in the work — with honesty, effort, and follow-through — Chance to Change is ready to walk alongside you.
