Services

Chance to Change Consulting, L3C provides justice-informed, trauma-responsive services including individualized coaching, group facilitation, reentry and stability planning, court and diversion support, workforce readiness, program development, and systems consultation.

Our services are supportive and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for legal advice, legal representation, medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency services.

Eligibility & Participation

Clients must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise approved with appropriate consent. Participation may be voluntary or court-referred, depending on the circumstances.

Clients are expected to engage respectfully, communicate honestly, and participate to the best of their ability. Unsafe, threatening, or disruptive behavior may result in modification or termination of services.

Referrals & Collaboration

We accept self-referrals as well as referrals from courts, attorneys, probation, treatment providers, and community organizations. With appropriate consent, we may coordinate with referring entities regarding participation, attendance, or completion of services.

Confidentiality

Information shared during services is treated as confidential and handled with care. Confidentiality may be limited in the following circumstances:

• Risk of harm to self or others

• Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable person

• Legal or court-ordered disclosure

• Written client consent

We strive to communicate clearly about confidentiality and its limits.

Fees, Payment & Cancellations

Fees vary based on service type, funding source, or agreement. Payment expectations will be communicated prior to service delivery.

For fee-for-service clients:

• Payment is due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice

• Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

• Advance notice is appreciated for rescheduling

Funded services are subject to the requirements of the funding source.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we are committed to providing ethical, high-quality support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including court decisions, employment, housing, or program completion. Progress depends on individual engagement and external systems.
